Please be remind to always be cautious. Safety is a primary concern. Always be careful in using the equiptments to avoid accidents and please get yourself intoxicated with drugs or alcohol to avoid instances of hurting yourself.

Always put the gym equipments back in the proper place where you got them. Misplacing these can possibly cause harm or accident to others. So, please be mindful.

Don't throw plates, dumbbells and bars around, very bad for the equipment and you could hurt someone else. Respect the equipment as if you paid for it. Use towels to clean off the benches and machines after use. No one wants to slide around on the seat, plus it's unsafe.

Cleanliness and hygeine is of utmost importance even when working out. Please be considerate of other people. You don't want them to smell the foul stench of your sweat, don't you? Also, always wear the proper gym attire and don't forget to wear shoes.

Mind your own business. Don't meddle with other's concerns. give your gym buddies privacy and space. Always be courteuos and polite to other fitness buffs around you.

Never use foul language in the gym. Foul language makes you ignorant, for your lack of vocabulary to express yourself.

Do not judge or criticize others. Don't make fun of other people in the Ashville Gyms. We all have our faults and strengths. Respect others as you want to be respected too.

Always ask first: how can I help? Conceit is brought on by shallow thinking and cheaply bought compromise with your ideals. Respect others, even a one-inch worm has a half- inch of spirit. Treat all men, especially a woman with respect and they will respect you.

Often when your motivation is lacking to do yet another session on the treadmill, a cardio kickboxing class can be just the thing you need to get you into the gym that day for your workout.

* Type/Quality Of Equipment

Certainly, we need to hit the gym once in a while to keep our bodies fit. It's also good if we have trainors to guide us with our workouts, right?

Anyway, here are ways in which you can cope with your fear of going to the gym:

*Do Exercises Outside Of The Gym:

If you feel like you are way too out of shape and are simply too embarrassed to go to the gym at all, try exercising outside of the gym. You don't need a gym to go running or biking! If you are the really self-conscious type, go running at night. There are fewer people out to see you and it is harder to see what you look like. Just make sure to wear something reflective and have a good light.

* Choose a Ashville Gyms that is right for you

Check out the gyms in your are. Find out what they offer. Every gym is different and so does its ambience and environment. You might find one that will best suit your needs and personality.

* Certainly avoid peak hours

Obviously, alot of fitness buffs are around during peak hours. This makes the place kind of crowded. You might want to go at odd-ball times when there's no much people around. You can best concentrate onj your workout then.

* Never compare your body with other people in the Gym

It's never good to compare yourself to other. This will only slow you down. try focusing on your goals and physical improvement. Mind your own business.

* Try out the new machines

Go ahead! Try the new treadmill or perhaps the latest equiptmen available. Don't be afraid or ashamed to ask for assistance. The Ashville Gyms attendants will be glad to help you out.

We love kids, so feel free to talk to us about your child and any special needs or concerns you may have. Our door is open with almost 60 hours of supervised play 7 days per week.
